Spirit of craftsman

Last week I read a book,writter is Japan Mr Qiushang lihui,  my deep impression is that qiushang school management rules，student need complete 8years training course before they  graduate . for ensure student can hit their books ,every one need obey school rules , for example : all boys and girls must keep short hair style ,go home  only two times (total 10days ) for one year , repeat read 30 behavious guidelines every morning ...... this is too crazy for them ,cheap jerseys, Mr Qiushang said the excellent behavious are more important than carpenter skill,  there are 70% study excellent behavious , there are 30% study carpenter skill . that's a spirit of craftsman, excelleent behavious is same important than expert carpeter skill .
it is impossbile for me to insistence these repeat action every day. it must be have a big patient, and have  a great enthusiasm as  support .
successful couldnot leave consistent ,but most of people is easy to give up when they run for some time. if you can go on ,you are winner .
